The Commonwealth of Australia wholly owns NBN as a Government Business Enterprise (GBE).<\/p>\n<p>Ericsson has been NBN\u2019s managed services provider since 2011, when it was appointed to build and operate a fixed-wireless broadband network based on TD-LTE technology.
