The assets and workforce will be integrated into General Atomics\u2019 Electromagnetic Systems Group (GA-EMS) to support the organization\u2019s growth initiatives focused on the development and delivery of small satellite and advanced payload systems.<\/p>\n<p>Surrey-U.S. was established in 2008 as a wholly-owned subsidiary of U.K.-based Surrey Satellite Technology (SSTL) to address the U.S. market.
