Globecomm delivered its Ku-band Very Small Aperture Terminal (VSAT) solution with Voice Over Internet Protocol (VoIP) services, an <strong>Iridium<\/strong> Pilot L-Band system and KNS S8 antenna to enable flat-fee internet access and live TV services onboard the new heavy cargo roll-on\/roll-off vessel ship.<\/p>\n<p>MV Baltic is a specialist heavy cargo carrier of 3,500 dwt designed by <strong>Hartman Marine<\/strong> to carry heavy and project cargoes including windfarm and other offshore components, locomotives and yachts. Globecomm has provided data connectivity for the company\u2019s previous vessel newbuilds over the past decade.<\/p>\n<p>Globecomm VSAT is a global network based on the <strong>iDirect<\/strong> Evolution IP-based platform technology.
