Sealink Premium Plus provides global connectivity for d\u2019Amico\u2019s business and vessel operations, in addition to supporting crew welfare.<\/p>\n<p>According to Marlink, the d\u2019Amico fleet will benefit from a guaranteed Committed Information Rate (CIR) and unlimited Ku-band Very Small Aperture Terminal (VSAT) data in parallel to unlimited L-band back-up. The package also includes the XChange centralized IT and communications management system to ensure access to Marlink\u2019s global network, in addition to automatic switching to the L-band back-up system for seamless connectivity regardless of the coverage available in any area.<\/p>\n<p>D\u2019Amico has selected the Universal Remote Access service, an XChange function that enables a direct connection to a vessel\u2019s network, supporting more effective support from shore via a single point of access.
