The Dynamic Spectrum Alliance has recently added 11 new members across four continents. Previous Executive Director H Nwana has become executive director emeritus and will remain a spokesperson for the Dynamic Spectrum Alliance.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cKalpak\u2019s deep and broad experience in government and the private sector means that he deeply understands the opportunities and challenges faced by spectrum policy makers, regulators and the industry around the world,\u201d Paul Garnett, Dynamic Spectrum Alliance chairman of the board and director of Affordable Access Initiatives at Microsoft, said in a statement.<\/p>\n<p>Gude has a strong satellite background having worked at <strong>Intelsat<\/strong> for over a decade.
