APT Satellite plays two roles in the cooperation: providing satellite capacity and promoting Chinese TV content landing in ASEAN countries. The commitment comes after two months of test runs by CICC on the Apstar 6 satellite at 134 degrees east and the Apstar L satellite at 128 degrees east.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe Great Wall TV is the only platform with exclusive right to export TV contents from China to the world. The new expansion this time is a strategic move to attract new audience,\u201d said LYU Chunguang, general manager of CICC.<\/p>\n<p>The Great Wall Asia platform is available throughout the Asia-Pacific region through its operation on three Apstar satellites, namely Apstar 5 at 138 degrees east, Apstar 6 at 134 degrees east and Apstar L at 128.5 degrees east.
