Kagan is responsible for all functions in support of the company\u2019s revenue growth and will report to&nbsp;Jay Monroe, chairman and CEO.<\/p>\n<p>Immediately before joining Globalstar, Kagan was president of <b>ITC Global<\/b>. He also served as president and CEO of&nbsp;<b>Globe Wireless&nbsp;<\/b>for three years, and as president and CEO of <b>MTN<\/b> \u2014 now part of <b>EMC<\/b> \u2014 for 12 years.
