Under the new multi-year agreement, SES Platform Services will be providing signal turnaround, video processing, and uplinking services for StarTimes\u2019 SD and HD channels.<\/p>\n<p>StarTimes is a Chinese pay-TV company with more than 5 million Digital Terrestrial Television (DTT) and DTH subscribers across 16 countries in Africa.
