Susko served the Board since 2014.<\/p>\n<p>Ciceri is currently chairman of <b>Archipelago Marine Services<\/b> and a corporate director of <b>Terapeak Data<\/b>. His executive experience includes being president and CEO of <b>Custom House Global Payments<\/b>, which <b>Western Union<\/b> acquired for a 4X shareholder return, and president and managing director of <b>Compaq Canada. <\/b>Ciceri managed the merger and integration of Compaq with <b>Digital Equipment<\/b> and <b>Tandem Computers<\/b> into a single $1.7 billion company. He is a member of the <b>Institute of Corporate Directors<\/b>, and has other corporate board experience at <b>Sierra Wireless<\/b>, <b>MDSI Mobile Data Solutions<\/b>,<b> <\/b>and the <b>University of Victoria <\/b>board of governors.
