From its headquarters cable lab in Butler, Pa., Armstrong is testing SES\u2019s camera-to-screen Ultra-HD ecosystem first unveiled in April 2015.<\/p>\n<p>SES\u2019 solution combines broadcast and IP technologies in a fully managed, scalable service.
