The letter of intent identified three areas of possible cooperation with EDB\u2019s <b>Office for Space Technology and Industry <\/b>(OSTIn). The first is responsive telemetry, tracking and command components for small satellites; second is electronic components; and third is Earth observation through direct reception of imagery from Singapore\u2019s future TeLEOS 1 satellite in French Guiana.<\/p>\n<p>CNES and Singapore\u2019s Nanyang Technological University (NTU) have been working together since 2013 on radiation effects induced by lasers on microelectronic components under the French-Singaporean Merlion program.
