The device enables the decoding of HEVC compressed streams at resolutions up to 1080p, 60 fps to boost bandwidth efficiency.<\/p>\n<p>Using a high-density 1RU chassis, the ProView 7100 IRD platform offers decoding in HEVC, MPEG-4 Advanced Video Coding (AVC) and Standard Definition (SD)\/High Definition (HD) MPEG-2. Additionally, the device can perform MPEG-2 and AVC transcoding. For the highest possible video quality, the ProView 7100 supports AVC HD and HEVC 4:2:2 10-bit decoding up to 1080p60.
