The initial proposal of Cable &amp; Wireless offers a base package with 49 SD signals.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe Cable &amp; Wireless project is critical for Media Networks because, besides being our first customer in Panama, it means that we are part of the company\u2019s evolution to offer satellite pay TV service.
