The M-OV is designed to deliver satellites ranging from 363 to 454 kg to Low Earth Orbit (LEO).<\/p>\n<p>Outernet currently provides Fixed Satellite Services (FSS) using <b>Intelsat<\/b>\u2019s Galaxy 19 and <b>Eutelsat<\/b>\u2019s Hot Bird 13 East satellites. The company\u2019s next step is to provide Mobile Satellite Services (MSS) from a constellation of CubeSats. The letter of intent details Outernet\u2019s launch requirements and minimum payload.
