Global Eagle said Davis\u2019 new position is part of the company\u2019s plan following two recent content acquisitions&nbsp;and that of <strong>Row 44<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Davis formerly served as CFO for Global Eagle in 2013 and COO in 2014. He held prominent positions at <strong>Northwest Airlines<\/strong> as EVP and CFO, and was heavily involved in the merger of Northwest and <strong>Delta Air Lines<\/strong>. Prior to Global Eagle, Davis served as senior managing director of <strong>Perseus LLC<\/strong>, partner and co-founder of <strong>Bearpath Capital<\/strong>&nbsp;and CFO of <strong>Kraton Polymers<\/strong> and <strong>US Airways<\/strong>.
