The NGOs include three from Luxembourg \u2014 <b>Friendship Luxembourg<\/b>, <b>M\u00e9decins Sans Fronti\u00e8res<\/b> and <b>Fondation Follereau<\/b> \u2014 and two German NGOs \u2014 <b>Archemed<\/b> and <b>German Doctors<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p>SATMED will assist in public health in emerging and developing countries, mostly in regions with poor connectivity. It will provide communication between doctors and tools for medical e-learning and e-teaching.
