For Sage, the move is a tactical investment in support of the company\u2019s long-term strategic growth goals to increase its position in the satellite industry.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBy bringing Longbottom into the Sage family, we enhance our own capabilities and strengths to deliver maximum value to our commercial satellite\/space, defense and energy customers,\u201d said Larry Rosenfeld, chief executive officer, Sage Communications.<\/p>\n<p>Upon finalizing the agreement, Longbottom Communications will operate as a division of Sage Communications.
