The license will allow O3b to deliver high-speed, affordable broadband connectivity to Internet service providers (ISPs), mobile operators, businesses and governments.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are very pleased by this,\u201d said Steve Collar, CEO, O3b Networks. \u201cO3b is a unique solution for a large vibrant country like Brazil.
