Mullins will report directly to Cobham\u2019s CEO, Bob Murphy, and will be based initially at the group\u2019s corporate North America office in Arlington, Va.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<br \/>\n&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Prior to joining Cobham, Mullins held the position of senior vice president, corporate strategy for <b>Alliant Techsystems<\/b> (ATK), an aerospace, defense and commercial products company with annual revenues of approximately $4.3 billion. In this capacity, he co-chaired the company\u2019s Corporate Leadership Council, led the development and execution of the company\u2019s merger and acquisition strategy, and implemented the annual strategic planning process to include market and competitive analysis.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Rob Mullins.
