Both appointments will take effect immediately; Peled will become a member of the nominations committee, and Bax will become a remuneration committee member.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\n&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Prior to joining Inmarsat, Peled served as senior vice president strategy, video and collaboration group with <b>Cisco<\/b>. He is also a senior advisor on technology businesses to U.K. private equity firm, <b>Permira<\/b>.
