During a meeting last week, SES\u2019 board of directors selected Karim Michel Sabbagh as Bausch\u2019s successor. Sabbagh will join the company on Sept. 1 as CEO designate and, following a transition period, will officially take up the position of president and CEO on April 3, 2014.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\n&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Sabbagh, 49, has been a member of SES\u2019 board of directors as well as of its audit and risk committee since April 2011. Prior to joining SES, he was a senior partner and served as global and regional practice leader for communications, media and technology along with other leadership forums at <b>Booz &amp; Company<\/b>, which he joined in 1998.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Karim Michel Sabbagh.
