Before joining ViaSat, Peterman was president and CEO of <b>SpyGlass Group<\/b>, a provider of executive strategic advisory services to the defense, aerospace, and associated communities.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\n&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Prior to founding the SpyGlass Group in July 2012, Peterman was president of <b>ITT Communications and Force Protection Systems<\/b> where he worked in the spin-off of the defense business out of <b>ITT Corporation<\/b> into <b>Exelis<\/b> in 2011.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp; &nbsp; Peterman will take the place of Steve Estes, the departing general manager of ViaSat Government Systems.
