Har-Lev most recently served as RRsat\u2019s MSS managing director as well as corporate general counsel and company secretary.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; The company also announced the appointment of Tzurit Golan as VP, Human Resources &amp; Organizational Development. Golan previously held executive HR positions in companies such as <b>AudioCodes<\/b> and <b>Orbit Technologies<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p>\n&nbsp; &nbsp; Finally, RRsat also appointed Shmulik Koren as CFO starting May 1, 2013.
