Energia<\/strong>, a firm partly owned by the Russian government, and <strong>KB Yuzhnoye<\/strong> and <strong>PO Yuzhnoye Mashinostroitelny Zavod<\/strong>, two Ukrainian rocket companies, have failed to pay back loans. <\/p>\n<p>Boeing said that its funding of nearly $450 million for Sea Launch, which filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection in 2009, was supposed to be paid back. <\/p>\n<p>According to the company, Energia owes $222 million and Yuzhnoye owes $133 million plus interests and attorney fees.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Tags: Boeing, Sea Launch, Energia Publication Date: 02\/05\/2013 Sea Launch\u2019s platform.
