The company has been leasing the building to hold its approximately 450 employees while engaging with local governments near the country\u2019s capital interested in facilitating a deal. <\/p>\n<p>The company had conversations with Carr Properties for an office project in Bethesda, MD, working with Montgomery County officials to try to attract Intelsat to the neighborhood.
