However, the process is premature and a deal analysis has not been completed. DirecTV currently own a 93 percent stake in Brazilian Pay TV operator Sky Brasil.<br \/>\n\t&#8220;It\u2019s (GVT) a high-growth business and it\u2019s a very complementary business to our Brazil business. It has a pay TV business.
