Amos-3 is located at 4 degrees West and Amos-5 is positioned at 17 degrees East. The capacity aims to enable reliable two-way communications with the U.S.&nbsp; Armed Forces stationed in Europe who are training for missions in the Middle East.<br \/>\n&nbsp; &nbsp;\u201cWe have worked together with DRS Technical Services since 2007 to provide powerful and dependable satellite capacity for the Department of Defense,\u201d Spacecom Vice President of Sales Drew Marks said in a statement. \u201cOur Amos-3 and Amos-5 satellites offer services to U.S. customers requiring reach into the Middle East and back to Europe.
