Hughes Europe and Emtele have already implemented the Smart Grid solution under the contract and Elenia has taken the product into full production.<br \/>\n\tEmtele CEO Hannu Martikainen said the agreement is essential to achieve his company\u2019s strict requirements for connection service availability and quality.&nbsp;<br \/>\n\t\u201cElectric distribution is a critical national infrastructure,\u201d Martikainen said in a statement. \u201cWe chose Hughes Europe because the company\u2019s advanced satellite technology has an unrivalled track record of reliability that is backed by a highly responsive service support capability.
