Radhakrishnan announced Sept. 12.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp; &nbsp;The SARAL spacecraft will ferry two satellites \u2013 Argos and Altika \u2013 from French space agency CNES to undertake the study of ocean parameters. Argos is expected to cover localization, acquisition and distribution of environmental data.
