Radhakrishnan announced Aug. 22.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp; &nbsp;ISRO will launch the <b>EADS Astrium<\/b>-built Spot-6 remote sensing satellite and a Japanese spacecraft called Protiers on board the domestically constructed PSLV C-21) rocket.<br \/>\n&nbsp; &nbsp;\u201cWe have two capsules, a remote sensing satellite from France and a small Japanese satellite will be the co-passenger. Preparations are going on.
