The third is a communication satellite, GSAT-10, which will ride on-board [<b>Arianespace\u2019s<\/b>] Ariane rocket from Kourou in French Guiana,\u201d said Veeraraghavan. \u201cThe French satellite is expected to be in India soon while the Japanese satellite is already at the <b>Indian Space Research Organization\u2019s [ISRO] <\/b>launch center at Sriharikota in Andhra Pradesh.\u201d<br \/>\n&nbsp; &nbsp;The VSCC is an operational wing of ISRO.
