Telesat said it won the SSC award following a competitive bidding process.<br \/>\n&nbsp; &nbsp;The contract calls for the regular use of Astrium Services-owned satellites to fulfill its requirements. Telesat will use Astrium\u2019s X-band satellite capacity to meet the Canadian government\u2019s demand.
