NS3 is based on a combination of signal processing techniques and a mix of algorithms that normally cancel each other out. The system features FPGAs and ASICs provide the algorithms with virtually unlimited computational power. Wulkan said NovelSat had been working on the technology since 2007.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp; &nbsp;In a statement, NovelSat CEO Itzak Wulkan said that Intelsat completed a review of NovelSat equipment and that the operator concluded that its solutions were, \u201cappropriate for our customers to incorporate, including the 5 percent roll-off factor, in their current and future services.
