GMV also will also provide the Thor 7 payload transponder management system based upon GMV\u2019s Smart Rings product, which allows engineers to optimize and reconfigure telecommunications payloads to minimize downtime.<br \/>\n&nbsp; &nbsp;\u201cGMV is pleased to be working with Loral again to provide high-quality services in ground systems technology, and also to continuing our relationship with Telenor,\u201d GMV U.S. Division President Theresa Beech said in a statement.<br \/>\nTelenor has scheduled Thor 7 for launch in late 2013 from the Guiana Space Center in France.
