Globecomm will provide IT support services relating to Internet connectivity and voice-over-IP telephony via its teleport facilities to multiple foreign locations.<br \/>\n&nbsp; &nbsp;Separately, Globecomm announced it was selected as a maritime operations subcontractor for the <b>Ericsson<\/b> mobile communication network.<br \/>\n&nbsp; &nbsp;Ericsson will employ Globecomm\u2019s SeaFlex solution to provide below-deck communications equipment and provide operation services for the company\u2019s Danish subsidiary. Ericsson said the contract would help the company establish a mobile communication network for up to 400 container vessels worldwide, providing automated monitoring and real-time information control.
