The government has not yet begun the next phase of testing, which will focus on high-precision devices, so this is an important indicator as those tests get underway,\u201d Carlisle said in a statement.<br \/>\n&nbsp; &nbsp;LightSquared plans to invest $14 billion in private equity in U.S. broadband infrastructure.
