Pendrell\u2019s board of directors also elected former Ico Chairman Craig McCaw to serve as non-executive chairman of the board. Ben Wolff will continue to serve as the company\u2019s president and CEO.<br \/>\n\u201cThe move is consistent with the emerging corporate governance trend to separate the chairman and chief executive roles,\u201d Pendrell said in a company statement.<br \/>\n&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; The re-branding follows <b>Dish Network<\/b>\u2019s acquisition of hybrid S-band service provider <b>DBSD North America<\/b>, a subsidiary of Ico, in March.
