Gigawave will be integrated into Vislink\u2019s U.K. operations. Gigawave founder and existing Managing Director Henry Barczynski will serve the Group as Chief Marketing Officer reporting to Vizlink Chairman and CEO John Hawkins.<br \/>\nVislink said Gigawave was an attractive acquisition because of its strength in \u201con-board\u201d and its ability to complement and broaden its capabilities in engineering, product portfolio and geographic reach.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;  \u201cThe acquisition of Gigawave will broaden our offering within the broadcast market.
