The first GPS 2F was set healthy to navigation and timing in August and is, \u201cperforming its navigation mission well and its atomic clock\u2019s performance is the best seen on-orbit,\u201d Air Force officials said.<br \/>\n&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; The GPS constellation is has 31 satellites currently on-orbit.
