That sale is anticipated to close Jan. 6.<br \/>\n&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; RigNet announced its initial public offering Dec. 14. <strong>Deutsche Bank Securities <\/strong>and <strong>Jefferies &amp; Co<\/strong>. acted as joint book-running managers for the offering. <strong>Oppenheimer &amp; Co<\/strong>. and<strong> Simmons &amp; Co<\/strong>.
