Further satellite checkout procedures will continue over the next several months before the satellite is handed over to <strong>LightSquared<\/strong> and <strong>Harbinger Capital Partners<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0.0px 0.0px 0.0px 0.0px; font: 12.0px Helvetica\">\t\u201cAlthough the occasional delay in full deployment sometimes occurs on a satellite, it is not a situation we face very often.
