The new components can be used in the second or third stages of low noise amplifiers for L- to C-band applications. Mistubishi Electric will begin shipping the transistors in February next year.<br \/>\n&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Mitsubishi also will launch transistors featuring high-power characteristics within the same product line.
