The deal also is covered by a guarantee from export credit agency <strong>Coface<\/strong>. <br \/>\n&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; The arrangement fully funds O3b\u2019s plans to launch its first satellites to provide low\u00e2\u20ac\u0090latency, fiber\u00e2\u20ac\u0090quality Internet connectivity between developing markets and the global Internet infrastructure.
