Hercules Offshore also is instituting \u201cfour-digit dialing\u201d to all liftboats from any office phone through the main phone switch.<br \/>\n&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; The broadband satellite services for Hercules Offshore are fully managed by Hughes in partnership with ESSI.
