This was the 7th commercial&nbsp; mission of 2010 for ILS <br \/>\n&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; The ILS Proton Breeze M was launched from Baikonur Cosmodrome at 11:29 p.m. local time and released the SkyTerra 1 satellite into geostationary transfer orbit more than 9 hours later.<br \/>\n&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; SkyTerra 1, to be located at 101.3 degrees West, was manufactured by <strong>Boeing<\/strong> and features a 22-meter L-band reflector-based antenna.
