This option  brings Harris\u2019 overall value of the program to $218 million.<br \/>\n&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; The network is located at Schriever Air Force Base, Colorado  Springs, Co., and is responsible for the launch, operation, control and  maintenance of space programs managed by the U.S. Department of Defense  and other national security space organizations.
