The upgraded solution now features echo and noise cancellation, a new user interface and tactile controls, and a 2.2 inch color.<br \/>\n&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; The handset connects through a wireless access point to the aircraft\u2019s <strong>Inmarsat<\/strong>-powered Aviator SwiftBroadband system for users to make calls over the IP-based network. The solution is charged with a battery cradle installed in the aircraft cabin and powered by the aircraft\u2019s own power supply.
