TCS will provide SwiftLink VSAT systems used to fulfill SNAP program requirements to provide multimedia communications capabilities that convey encrypted voice, video and data. <br \/>\n&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; The U.S. Army Project Manager for the WIN-T commercial satellite terminal program initially will fund the order at $4.5 million, with a potential total of $9.8 million if all options are fully exercised through August.
