The ground stations scheduled for upgrading are located in Suitland, Md.; Wallops, Va.; and Fairbanks, Alaska.<br \/>\n&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; The PGS has provided automated control for NOAA\u2019s polar satellite fleet since 1992.
