Measat said Krishnan\u2019s offer is 10 percent above the trading price of Measat Global shares as of July 28.<br \/>\n&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; In March, Krishnan bought pay-TV operator <strong>Astro All Asia Networks<\/strong> after the company made a $758 million buyout offer.
